I have many diet plans that focus on everything from weight loss to healthy balance, vegan, and more.

Personal Training

Personal training should be functional training. Each person needs a custom program to achieve their specific goals - weight loss, toning, pre/postnatal, muscle imbalances, etc. Yoga is one aspect of a personal program that can meet your needs.
